يكون لكل إصلاحية أو محل آخر معد لقبول الأحداث المتهمين أو المحكوم عليهم لجنة للإشراف عليه ولمباشرة الاختصاصات الأخرى المخولة لها فى القانون . وتشكل هذه اللجنة من قاضى محكمة الأحداث رئيسا ومثل النيابة العامة أمام المحكمة المذكورة وموظف من وزارة الشئون الاجتماعية يندبه لذلك وزيرها .
