Article 2 of the Ban on Foreign Ownership of Agricultural Land Law

تؤول إلى الدولة ملكية الأراضي الزراعية وما في حكمها من الأراضي القابلة للزراعة والبور والصحراوية المملوكة للأجانب وقت العمل بهذا القانون بما عليها من المنشآت والآلات الثابتة وغير الثابتة والأشجار وغيرها من الملحقات الأخرى المخصصة لخدمتها ولا يعتد في تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون بتصرفات الملاك الخاضعين لأحكامه مالم تكن صادرة إلى أحد المتمتعين بجنسية الجمهورية العربية المتحدة وثابتة التاريخ قبل يوم ٢٣ من ديسمبر سنة ١٩٦١
