تسلم الهيئة العامة للإصلاح الزراعي الأراضي المشار إليها في المادة السابقة وتتولى إدارتها نيابة عن الدولة حتى يتم توزيعها على صغار الفلاحين وفقا لأحكام المرسوم بقانون رقم ١٧٨ لسنة ١٩٥٢ المشار إليه .
