Article 11 of the Ban on Foreign Ownership of Agricultural Land Law

يجب على الجهات الحكومية أن تبلغ الهيئة العامة للإصلاح الزراعي بكل حالة تؤول فيها ملكية أراض زراعية أو ما في حكمها إلى أجنبي بسبب الميراث أو الوصية أو غير ذلك من طرق كسب الملكية بغير طريق التعاقد بعد العمل بهذا القانون .
كما يلتزم من تلقى الملكية من الأجانب بتقديم الإقرار المنصوص عليه في المادة ٧ خلال شهر من تاريخ علمه بقيام سبب الملكية .
وتستولى الحكومة في هذه الحالة على تلك الأراضي مقابل التعويض المقرر وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
