يقع باطلا كل تعاقد يتم بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون ولا يجوز تسجيله — ويجوز لكل ذي شأن وللنيابة العامة طلب الحكم ببطلان . وعلى المحكمة أن تقضي به من تلقاء نفسها .
