تختص اللجنة القضائية للإصلاح الزراعي المنصوص عليها في المادة ١٣ مكررا من المرسوم بقانون رقم ١٧٨ لسنة ١٩٥٢ المشار إليه بالفصل في المنازعات الناشئة عن تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون .
واستثناء من أحكام قانوني مجلس الدولة والسلطة القضائية لا يجوز الطعن بالإلغاء أو وقف التنفيذ في قرارات تلك اللجنة أو التعويض عنها .
