تؤدى الاشتراكات الشهرية على أساس أجر أو دخل الاشتراك الزائد عن الحد الأقصى لأجر الاشتراك التأميني بما لا يجاوز (١٠٠٪) من الحد الأقصى لأجر الاشتراك وفقا لإجمالي نسبة الاشتراكات المستحقة عن تأمين الشيخوخة والعجز والوفاة.
وتسري على هذا الحساب أحكام الفقرتين الثالثة والرابعة من المادة (٣٦) من هذا القانون.
