تنشئ الهيئة صندوقا للاستثمارات العقارية وفقا لأحكام قانون سوق رأس المال.
ويصدر رئيس الجمهورية القرارات اللازمة لتخصيص الأصول العقارية للهيئة، على أن
تشكل لجنة بقرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء لتقييم هذه الأصول.
