يجوز للهيئة تأسيس شركات مساهمة بمفردها أو مع شركاء آخرين، وفقا لأحكام قانون شركات
المساهمة وشركات التوصية بالأسهم والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة وشركات الشخص الواحد
الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٥٩ لسنة ١٩٨١، وذلك بما لا يتعارض وأغراض الهيئة، على أن يصدر قرار من
رئيس الهيئة بعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء ووفقا للضوابط التي يحددها مجلس الإدارة.
