يحدد أجر أو دخل التسوية عند مدة الاشتراك في تأمين الشيخوخة والعجز والوفاة السابقة على تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون عن كل من الأجر الأساسي والأجر المتغير وفقا لأحكام قانون التأمين الاجتماعي التي قضيت المدة في ظله، ويزاد أجر أو دخل التسوية بنسبة متوسط نسب التضخم عن كل سنة من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون حتى تاريخ تحقق واقعة الاستحقاق.
