مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام المادة (١١٣) من هذا القانون تلتزم الخزانة العامة عند
عرض مشروع قانون الموازنة العامة على مجلس النواب بتقديم تقرير يفيد قيام الخزانة
العامة بأداء المبالغ المنصوص عليها بالمادة (١١١) من هذا القانون.
ولا يجوز إقرار مشروع قانون الموازنة العامة للدولة إلا بعد إدراج المبالغ المنصوص
عليها بالمادة (١١١) من هذا القانون في المشروع.
