للمدير العام المختص فى حالة وقوع مخالفة لأحكام المادتين (٤٠ ، ٤٥) أن يعهد بإدارة البئر أو الآلة الرافعة بصفة مؤقتة إلى شخص يعين لهذا الغرض وذلك على نفقة المرخص له .
