للمدير العام المختص فى حالة الضرورة أن يوقف أية آلة رفع تدار بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون أو يمنع وصول المياه إليها وذلك دون انتظار نتيجة الفصل فى المخالفة .
وللوزير أو من يفوضه أن يصدر قرارا مسببا بإلغاء الترخيص إذا وقعت أية مخالفة لشروطه .
