يجب الحصول على ترخيص جديد إذا ترتب على استبدال آلة الرفع تغيير فى التصرف المائى أو الموقع ، أما فى حالة انتقال الملكية أو استبدال آلة الرفع دون تغيير فى التصرف المائى فيكتفى بالتأشير بذلك على الرخصة ويظل المالك القديم مسئولا مع المالك الجديد عن تنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون إلى أن يتم التأشير على الرخصة .
