Article 38 of the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

للوزارة أن تقرر نقل أية آلة رفع مرخص بها أو تغيير موقع بئر جوفية مرخص بها أو نقل الأعمال التى أنشئت من أجل أى من ذلك إلى موقع آخر لمنع الخطر عن الجسور أو عن منشآت الري والصرف الأخرى أو لإنشاء أعمال جديدة أو تعديل أعمال قائمة ذات منفعة عامة وذلك كله على نفقة الدولة .
