Article 25 of the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

إذا تبين للمدير العام المختص أن مسقاة خاصة أو مصرفا خاصا أو بئرا جوفية خاصة أو أى مصدر رى آخر أصبح بغير فائدة لوجود طريق آخر للرى أو الصرف فله أن يقرر سده أو إلغاءه ، وله فى حالة ثبوت ضرر من مسقاة خاصة أو مصرف خاص أو بئر جوفية خاصة أن يتخذ التدابير اللازمة لمنع الضرر ، ويلتزم أصحاب المجرى أو البئر بتنفيذ القرار فى الموعد الذى يحدده وإلا كان للإدارة العامة المختصة إجراء ذلك على نفقتهم .
