يجوز للإدارة العامة المختصة حال صدور قرار لصالح أكثر من شخص تطبيقا لأحكام المواد (٢٠ ، ٢١ ، ٢٢) من هذا القانون أن ترخص لواحد منهم أو أكثر فى تنفيذ القرار نيابة عن الآخرين ولمن نفذ القرار الرجوع على الباقين بما يخص كل منهم فى التكاليف بنسبة مساحة أرضه .
