الكبارى والمنشآت المائية الخاصة التى تنشأ فوق المجارى المائية بترخيص سابق من الوزارة تصبح بمجرد إنشائها وبغير تعويض من الأملاك العامة ذات الصلة بالموارد المائية والرى ، وذلك كله بما لا يعيق الملاحة النهرية .
