للوزير أو من يفوضه إصدار قرار بإلغاء الترخيص إذا وقعت مخالفة لأحد شروطه ولم يقم المرخص له بمنعها أو إزالتها فى الموعد الذى تحدده له الوزارة بكتاب موصى عليه بعلم الوصول أو بإنذاره عن طريق مسئولى الإدارة ، ويتضمن القرار إزالة العمل على نفقة المرخص له المخالف .
