Article 112 of the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

لكل ذى شأن أن يتظلم إلى الوكيل الدائم للوزارة من القرارات الصادرة من المدير العام المختص ما عدا القرارات الصادرة وفقا لأحكام المادتين (١٥ ، ٢٠) من هذا
القانون ، ويقدم التظلم خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ إعلان صاحب الشأن بالقرار ، ويتم البت فى التظلم خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ تقديمه فإذا لم يبت فيه خلال هذه المدة اعتبر التظلم مرفوضا .
