مع عدم الإخلال بالعقوبات المقررة بهذا القانون ، يلتزم المخالف بأداء تعويض عن كميات المياه المبددة أو التى تستخدم بالزيادة عن الكميات المصرح بها ، وذلك وفقا للقواعد التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية ، ويجوز اقتضاء هذا التعويض بالطريق الإدارى .
