Article 109 of the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

يعاقب كل من يخالف أى حكم من أحكام الفقرة الثانية من المادة (٣٤) ، والمادة (٥٩) بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين .
وتضاعف العقوبة فى حالة العود .
