Article 108 of the Water Resources and Irrigation Law

يعاقب كل من يخالف حكم المادة (٧) بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على عشرين ألف جنيه عن الفدان أو كسر الفدان .
وتضاعف العقوبة فى حالة العود .
