يلتزم الأشخاص المشار إليهم فى المادة 16 بإمساك الدفاتر والسجلات والمستندات التى تستلزمها طبيعة نشاطهم وتفرضها القوانين واللوائح المقررة، وذلك خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل باللائحة التنفيذية.
