لمدير مصلحة الأحوال المدنية بإذن خاص منه أو من ينيبه ولأعذار يقبلها أن يتصالح مع المخالفين ممن تنطبق عليهم أحكام المادة (66) من هذا القانون مقابل دفع المخالف مبلغ خمسين جنيها.
وله بإذن خاص منه أو من ينيبه ولأعذار يقبلها أن يتصالح مع المخالفين ممن تنطبق عليهم أحكام المواد (67، 68، 69) من هذا القانون مقابل دفع المخالف مبلغ مائة جنيه.
