يعاقب بالسجن المشدد كل من اخترق أو حاول اختراق سرية البيانات أو المعلومات أو الإحصاءات المجمعة بأية صورة من الصور.
وتكون العقوبة السجن المؤبد إذا وقعت الجريمة في زمن الحرب.
