إذا طرأ تغيير على أي من بيانات بطاقة تحقيق الشخصية للمواطن أو أي من بيانات حالته المدنية وجب عليه أن يتقدم خلال ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ التغيير إلى قسم السجل المدني الذي يقيم بدائرته لتحديث بياناته.
