تلتزم الجهات القائمة على تقديم الخدمات الحكومية للمواطنين بالحصول على بيانات
الرقم القومي للمستفيدين من خدماتها، وعلى المواطنين المستفيدين بتلك الخدمات
أن يبادروا بإثبات بيانات الرقم القومي لدى تلك الجهات.
وتحدد الخدمات المشار إليها بقرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء.
ويترتب على عدم استيفاء البيانات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة الأولى خلال سنة
من تاريخ العمل بهذه المادة، إيقاف تقديم الخدمة.
