يجب أن يكون لكل قائمة انتخابية ممثل قانونى سواء ، كانت تتضمن مترشحى حزب
واحد أو أكثر ، أو كانت مشكلة من مترشحين مستقلين غير منتمين لأحزاب ، أو كانت
تجمع بينهم .
وتحدد الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات الشروط الواجب توافرها فى الممثل القانونى للقائمة ،
وكيفية إثبات وكالته .
