تحدد الأموال وقيمة التعويضات المستحقة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون ويخطر صاحب الشأن بذلك ويكون له حق المنازعة فى هذا التحديد وقيمة التعويضات المستحقة خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ علمه أو إعلانه على يد محضر بهذا التحديد وبقيمة التعويض .
