إذا اتفق طرفا النزاع على تسويته وديا وفقا لأحكام هذا الفرع ، يحرر الاتفاق ويوقع عليه منهما فى اتفاقية عمل جماعية ، وتتخذ بشأنه الإجراءات الواردة فى هذا القانون ، وتكون ملزمة لهما .
