تحدد الجهة الإدارية المختصة جلسة للتوفيق فى النزاع فى موعد لا يتجاوز خمسة أيام من تاريخ تقديم الطلب إليها ، ويخطر به طرفا النزاع قبل الموعد المحدد بثلاثة أيام على الأقل .
ويصدر الوزير المختص قرارا بإجراءات وقواعد التوفيق .
