مع مراعاة أحكام قانون التحكيم فى المواد المدنية والتجارية الصادر بالقانون رقم ٢٧ لسنة ١٩٩٤ ، إذا لم تتم تسوية النزاع خلال واحد وعشرين يوما من تاريخ بدء التوفيق ، جاز للطرفين اللجوء إلى الجهة الإدارية المختصة لاتخاذ إجراءات إحالة النزاع إلى مركز الوساطة والتحكيم المنصوص عليه فى المادة (٢١٨) من هذا القانون .
