مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام قانون المنظمات النقابية العمالية وحماية حق التنظيم النقابى المشار إليه ، يكون إبرام الاتفاقية الجماعية لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات ، أو للمدة اللازمة لتنفيذ مشروع معين ، فإذا زادت المدة فى الحالة الأخيرة على ثلاث سنوات تعين على طرفى الاتفاقية التفاوض لتجديدها أو لتعديل شروطها فى ضوء ما يستجد من ظروف اقتصادية ، أو اجتماعية ، وتتبع فى شأن التجديد أحكام المادة (٢٠٢) من هذا القانون .
