لا يجوز الطعن بالنقض فى الأحكام الصادرة عن الدوائر الاستئنافية المتخصصة فى الجرائم الناشئة عن تطبيق أحكام القوانين واللوائح المنظمة لعلاقات العمل ، وحقوق العمال التأمينية والمنتفعين عنهم ، والمنظمات النقابية العمالية وتشكيلاتها ، فى غير الأحوال الصادر فيها أحكام بعقوبة مقيدة للحرية .
