تختص دوائر المحاكم العمالية بنظر الجرائم الناشئة عن تطبيق أحكام القوانين واللوائح المنظمة لعلاقات العمل ، وحقوق العمال التأمينية والمنتفعين عنهم ، والمنظمات النقابية العمالية وتشكيلاتها ويكون استئنافها أمام الدوائر الاستئنافية المتخصصة .
