على صاحب العمل أن يضع بالمداخل الرئيسية التى يستعملها العمال ، أو فى مكان ظاهر بالمنشأة جدولا ببيان يوم الراحة الأسبوعية ، وساعات العمل ، وفترات الراحة المقررة لكل العاملين ، وما يطرأ على هذا الجدول من تعديل مع إخطار الجهة الإدارية المختصة بصورة من هذا الجدول ، أو ما يطرأ عليه من تعديل خلال سبعة أيام من تنفيذه على الأكثر .
