تلتزم الجهات التي يسري عليها هذا القانون باتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات نحو إعادة
توزيع العمالة على الوحدات الطبية الداخلة في نطاق اختصاصها ، وذلك بما يتناسب
مع كثافة وحجم وطبيعة العمل بتلك الوحدات وبما يكفل حسن سير وانتظام العمل بها ،
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية المعايير اللازمة لذلك .
