تتولى وزارة الصحة والسكان وضع خطط تدريبية دورية للتنمية المهنية المستدامة
للخاضعين لأحكام هذا القانون ، وما يلزم منها للترقية الفنية داخل المستوى أو من مستوى لآخر ،
وتتحمل الوزارة في حدود ما تسمح به مواردها الذاتية المصروفات والرسوم اللازمة
لحصول أعضاء المهن الطبية على الدراسات العليا الداخلة في نطاق تخصصاتهم بما يخدم
مصلحة العمل ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية الضوابط والشروط والمعايير المنظمة لذلك .
