Article 5 of the Medical Professions Members Law

يشترط للترقية من مستوى ودرجة وظيفية لمستوى ودرجة وظيفية أعلى ،
توفر الشروط الآتية :
١ - استيفاء اشتراطات شغل الوظيفة المرقى إليها .
٢ - قضاء المدة البينية في الوظيفة أو المستوى الأدنى مباشرة .
٣ - الحصول على تقرير تقييم أداء بمرتبة فوق المتوسط على الأقل في السنتين السابقتين
مباشرة على الترقية .
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون الضوابط والإجراءات اللازمة لإجراء الترقية .
