يصرف حافز طوارئ بنسبة (٣٠٠٪) من المرتب الأساسي للأطباء، الاستشاريين والأخصائيين
والمقيمين الحاصلين على مؤهلات علمية تؤهلهم للعمل بأقسام الطوارئ بالمستشفيات
بمعايير تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية ، ويصرف حافز خدمات إسعافية لفني الإسعاف بنسبة (٥٠٪)
من المرتب الأساسي للعاملين بمرافق الإسعاف التي لم تضم لهيئة الإسعاف المصرية،
وذلك بمراعاة معايير تقييم الأداء المشار إليها بالمادة (١٠) من هذا القانون.
