يكون للصندوق مدير تنفيذى متفرغ لإدارته، يصدر بتعيينه وتحديد
معاملته المالية قرار من رئيس مجلس الأمناء، بناء على عرض رئيس مجلس الإدارة،
وذلك لمدة ثلاث سنوات، قابلة للتجديد لمرة واحدة، ويتولى تصريف أمور الصندوق
وتنفيذ السياسات والقرارات الصادرة من مجلس الإدارة.
ويمثل المدير التنفيذى الصندوق فى مواجهة الغير وأمام القضاء.
