يتبع بشأن المدد المشار إليها فى المادة الأولى من هذا القانون الأحكام الواردة فى المواد ١٩ و ٥٠ و ٥١ من القانون رقم ٣٩٤ لسنة ١٩٥٦ المشار إليه .
وتحدد فترة الاختيار المشار إليها فى المادة ٥١ المذكورة بستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون ، ويبدأ فى اقتطاع الأقساط اعتبارا من ماهية الشهر الثانى لانتهاء فترة الاختيار .
