تحسب فى المعاش بالنسبة للكونستبلات والصولات الممتازين الموجودين بالخدمة وقت العمل بهذا القانون والذين رقوا إلى الدرجات الممتازة بعد أول أكتوبر سنة ١٩٥٦ تاريخ العمل بالقانون رقم ٣٩٤ لسنة ١٩٥٦ ، مدد الخدمة السابقة التى قضيت فى إحدى الوظائف المشار إليها فى الفقرة الثانية من المادة ١٩ من القانون المذكور .
