يجوز لمؤسسات العلاج الأهلية المرخص لها فى ذلك أن تقبل علاج المرضى بأحد أمراض القسمين الثانى والثالث إذا خصصت لهذا الغرض قسما مستقلا عن باقى أقسامها .
ويحدد وزير الصحة العمومية بقرار منه الاشتراطات الواجب توافرها فى تلك المؤسسات للترخيص لها فى ذلك .
وفى جميع الأحوال التى يتم فيها العزل خارج المنازل الحكومية يجب اتباع التعليمات التى تصدرها السلطات الصحية فى هذا الشأن .
