Article 17 of the Infectious Diseases Health Precautions Law

يجوز عزل المرضى أو المشتبه فى إصابتهم بأحد أمراض القسمين الثانى والثالث ويتم العزل بالنسبة لأمراض القسم الثانى فى منزل المريض أو فى الأماكن التى تخصص لهذا الغرض متى توافرت فيها الشروط التى تقررها السلطات الصحية وبالنسبة إلى أمراض القسم الثالث فيترك للمريض اختيار مكان العزل مالم تقرر هذه السلطات ضرورة عزله فى مكان آخر .
