يخضع الحجاج للتطعيم والتحصين ضد الأمراض المعدية قبل مغادرتهم الأراضى المصرية وفقا للإجراءات التى يصدر بها قرار من وزير الصحة العمومية وله أن يتخذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لمنع دخول أى مرض من الأمراض المعدية عن طريق الحجاج .
