Article 21 of the Rent of Premises Law (1981)

يشترط ألا يزيد مجموع مايقوم المستأجر هو وزوجه وأولاده القصر غر المتزوجين بتأجيره مفروشا بغير موافقة المالك على شقة واحدة فى نفس المدينة .

ويعتد فى تحديد المدينة بأحكام قانون الحكم المحلى .
