يخصص ثلثا نسبة ال ١٥ ./. المخصصة للخدمات من أرباح شركات القطاع العام لتمويل الوحدات اللازمة لإسكان العاملين بكل شركة أو مجموعة من الشركات المتجاورة ، ويؤول ما يفيض عن حاجة هؤلاء العاملين إلى صندوق تمويل الإسكان الاقتصادى بالمحافظة .
