فيما عدا المبانى من المستوى الفاخر يلغى شرط الحصول على موافقة لجنة توجيه وتنظيم أعمال البناء ، قبل الحصول على الترخيص بإقامة المبانى وسائر أحكام الباب الأول من القانون رقم ١٠٦ لسنة ١٩٧٦ فى شأن توجيه وتنظيم أعمال البناء ، كما تلغى المادة ٢١ من ذلك القانون .
